-
Associate Attorney at Alder Law Group, P.C.
November 2013 - February 2015Helping Utah families receive quality planning for specific needs; we believe that estate planning is a process, not a one-time event. We believe that the best decisions about wills and trusts take time. That doesn't mean that a custom estate plan necessarily costs a lot to set up. It does mean we will get to know you well enough to recommend solutions that make sense for your situation. It also means that you will understand your options well enough to make sound decisions for yourself, your business, your children and your parents. By working closely with the clients we serve, we strive to help families understand that in the final analysis, estate planning at its best is not about what you own, instead it's about what you value. We help families express and protect their values, dreams, and aspirations through carefully drafted strategic documents including wills, trusts, and business agreements. We then maintain relationships with our clients to ensure that those documents which express and protect their interests remain effective year after year. Call or email me today to set up a free consultation.
